Jean Carmet wine cellar
A true place of magic, Jean Carmet wine cellar is a tribute to French actor and godfather of the “Paulée” event, Jean Carmet. This cellar hides more than 30,000 bottles of wine, many from Val de Loire, waiting to be served and tasted by the guests of the Grand Monarque's restaurants.
Natural, organic and biodynamic wines are featuring the wine list. Although wines of Val de Loire are mainly represented, wines from Champagne, Burgundy, Jura, Alsace, Rhone Valley, South-West make up a tantalizing selection.
